Contact Sandhya

A quick note

Sandhya is no longer taking on new clients and assessment work as she focuses on supporting uptake of neurodiversity affirming information across society. She can take new enquiries about: wholesale stock of books, workshops in clinics and schools, participation in conferences and clinical supervision.

Our admin work tirelessly 5 days a week, whilst Sandhya works 3 days a week. It is entirely normal for us to take 2 days to get to your email, and a further few working days to reflect on an appropriate response. If you would like a more immediate answer, do pick up the phone to call our warm reception team.

Online!

If travelling for a workshop, travel is calculated from outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Onwards and Upwards Psychology respectfully operates on the land of the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung and Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging and seek to understand the long-living Australian culture with humility and respect. We acknowledge that sovereignty was not ceded. We are committed to action that pro-actively works towards the healing of trauma.  We offer bulk-billing psychological services to those of Torres Strait Islander and Aboriginal descent as a small way of closing this gap.
